Help upgrading from 10.1.0.5 to 11.1.0.6

   Hi all,

I am upgrading database and application express from 10.1.0.5 and 1.6.0 to 11.1.0.6 and 3.0.1 respectively.  I have issues try to save the database control files and data and required in the Oracle Database (Upgrade Guid 11g Release 1(11.1) B28300-03).

On page 3-16 .. When i try to execute the following  "emdwgrd -save -old_SID -path save_directory" I get the following error.. ("The system cannot find the path specified.") It does not matter what path i put in I receive the same error.  Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
