Error after close database

 I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this message.

After oracle 10g client and vertex client install, I am getting the following error message when I try to close database on vertex.

Could not load file or assembly 'Interop.LOCOLELib, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I am not sure exactly whether this might be an oracle problem or vertex problem.

If anyone out there have seen similar messages before, please advice. Thank you very much.
