Secure FTP and Agile ATO PDX transfer

Hi,


We have a customer that wants a copy of their full BOM structures delivered to a secure FTP site on their DMZ in the format of PDX.  We can do this manually through a S/FTP Client.  Can an ATO be setup and use a secure FTP site or is it only for non-secure FTP?  I would like to automate this process within Agile.  We are using Agile 9.2.2.3.10.
