What will happend to Oracle Database if i change my system time ?

 Hi all,
I just found that my system time is not accurate and I need to correct it. But there's an Oracle database 9i installed on my host. What will happend to Oracle database if I change my system time?Should I do it while database shutdown? or I can just change system time while database is open ?


Any help would be appreciated.
