ParlayX 3.0 Audio Call Service - No SIP or INAP/SS7 southbound plugin

Hi,
As we know that OCSG supports

Parlay X 2.1 Third Party Call --> SIP
  --> INAP/SS7

And 

Parlay X 3.0 Audio Call          --> Parlay 3.3 Multi-Party Call Control and Call User Interaction


Why not no SIP or INAP based southbound plugin for Audio Call Parlay X 3.0 Audio Call service? Is it a design decision or a technical constraint or huge effort?
