awr with Oracle 11g SE ?

 Is it possible to use awrrpt on a Oracle 11g SE installation ? Is this forbidden because it's not implemented in SE, only in the Enterprise version ?
Or is just a default variable set at the unappropriated value ?
In that case, is there a simple way to populate the awr tables and use awrrpt ? Or is there a document describing this ?
Sorry if this question is too simplistic.
