How to send Nokia Smart Message from OCSG

 Hi All,
I want to send Nokia Smart Message and i tried from PTE like following

DCS=F5
UDH=0605041582000042F45000480E01
message=FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF000000000000000000FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF00000000000000000010F0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001

But i am unable to get sms on mobile, second i want to know how we can set esm_class?
