Requisition are not converting to release!!

 Hi,

I am having an issue like I am creating a Purchase Requisition against a BPA for a particular item/line (On BPA).Requisition is in Approved status but not converting into Release Automatically.Whereas I am able to create manual release against that item/line.Moreover, when I am creating Purchase Requisition against a BPA for a another item/line (On BPA).Release is generating automatically.

Kindly, let me know what is the issue? Any set-up is required for that item??

Please let me know if more info required.
