Assets fully reservd and create journals

Hello,
Please confirm or not that when adding a fully reserved asset, it is correct that for the respective asset to have no depreciation journal created (as in the addition period there is no monthly depreciation calculated and the depreciation reserve is equal with the initial depreciation reserve).

But it is correct to have an addition journal for the new asset added.
