impdp exclude

So I want to use the exclude option as part of my import and I want to exlucde all 2000 indexes.  Do I have to make a par file and name all 2000 indexes?
In the old days with imp it was a simple INDEXES=N

Surly there has to be some easy way for this?  I just cant seem to find the correct syntax
