Hello,
I am running Oracle Standard 10.2.0.4 p21 on a Dual quad 2Ghz 32Gb Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise Ed. 64Bit. and datafiles are on a Netapp FAS 3020, FC connected.

I have a disk for datafiles, a disk for Tempfiles and Undo, a disk for Redos and controlfiles.

looking as sysstat on the filer, I can see a disk io of 30/35 MB/s during create tables, select, insert and massive updates, but during redo switch (2Gb each redo) the stats goes to 150MB/s

Some easy file copy test, is giving 150/180MB/s on the filer.

here is the init:

db_block_size=16384

Howdy, Stranger!
