OCSG Charging

Hi,

As we know OCSG supports offline charging by CDRToDiameterService, integrated with Diameter Rf. Once we have configured this service all CDRs are passed to Diameter server. And for all comunication services charging events are predefined. But in real world scenario you may want to charge on some services and not on others, charging could be selective on the basis of application instance id as well, and most of all in case of prepaid users cdrs should not be passed to Diameter server. So how can we configure all this in OCSG? 

Secondly since cdrs are predefined and in some cases 2 cdrs are generated for one service usage. e.g. in SMS send parlay service one cdr is generated while sending and other on delivery receipt. So 2 cdrs will be passed to Diameter server in this case, how to avoid that?
