unable to find the Material Control Status option?

Hi,

I am unable to find the Material Status Control option, usually this status should show under Setup> Transactions,

but for me i am unable to view this status control here and also what i observed is the status option is not showing up in the subinventory window and unable to check the Lot, Serial control status under Items >Inventory Tab, eventhough if i enabled Lot and Serial Controlled options.

Note: we are using the 11.5.10.2 version

Can any one advice me what could be the reason.
