Risk Situation, Symptoms and Recovery procedures - tabular framework for efficient Recovery Procedur

 We try to prepare few documents with recovery procedures and symtpoms that direct competent personnel in recovery procedures. The documents should list all possible risk scenariumns and be used so as for quick urgent interventions as for efficent planning of recovery process in Risk Situations.

Any hint, idea, direction or  successfull practice ( even from other areas Indsutry of Risk Management ) is most appreciated.
