How to create user defined work order status - 11. 5.10

Customer is using eBiz 11.5.10 and wants to create one more new status for work orders. The new status will be used as an indicator and manually changed. Work order approval is not used.

How do I create a new user defined status? Can anyone explain the steps to be followed?
