How will Users be indetified in Web-Edition

 Hi,

will all users in web-edition be identified by their IP-addresses?

If so, how can I assign every user, coming over an external server, and thereby get the same IP-Adresses, the correct user.ini.

For example, if I want to avoid the modification of markups. I can set a permission that only the owner can modify the markup, but if all users have the same IP-address everybody can modify the markup.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
