Generating Invoice failing

Hello,

I am trying to generate the invoice on project.
The revenue is getting generated, however the invoice is not getting generated.
Generate Draft Invoice program log file has the below error message:

Calling Invoice By Bill Transaction API ...
return status...ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
Error during Draft Invoice Generation. Module invapi returned failure

Please advise what kind of error this is and what is the solution.....
