Drop ship req going into a status of incomplete instead of approved--- HELP!!

Hi,

I am setting up OM, PO, AR and when I enter an SO after running Workflow background processor and then the Req Import program, my req comes across to the PO module as incomplete but I want it automated so that the Req is approved. 

Please help, we have this set up for another set of books, and it all works ok so I'm not sure  what step I'm missing
