How TUPS is calculated in OCSG

hi,

Anyone know how licensing is calculated in OCSG?

For Legacy and Parlay X SMS/MMS MT, I know 1 TUPS = 1 MT + 1 DR

but for notifySmsReception, locationNotification,startGeographicalNotification and

getLocation, how was it calculated? for inhouse communication service, how was it calculated?  If we had a communication service that works similar to SMS MT and DR , how can we ensure the tups is only 1?
