OCSG Play Audio on SS7 or SIP

Dear,

I want to know if its possible to integrate OCSG with SS7 or SIP to develop a play audio application. I want to use ParlayX 3 Play Audio service which only supports integration with OSA/Parlay Gateway. I want to know if i need to develop a custom plugin (southbound), which communicates over ss7/sip? If yes, are there any existing plugins available, with this functionality, which i could customize or integrate with ocsg. If some one can help, in giving me a direction on how to implement such a functionality and do i need Oracle MultiMedia Server to play audio?
