How to add a Host after it was deleted from OEM console

Hi, Recently one of my team members deleted a host registered with the OMS. To fix the issue, we tried re-installing the agent on the target host. But the host is not getting discovered by the OMS. Checking the agent logs on the host show the following exceptions:

2009-08-24 17:37:47,015 Thread-6760 ERROR command: nmejcn: received no status header from repository at https://<hostname>:1159/em/upload
2009-08-24 17:38:02,281 Thread-6404 ERROR pingManager: Received Key Mismatch from OMS

How do we add the host again into OEM??
