performing DML/DDL operation over object in bin.

 I am seeing this message "performing DML/DDL operation over object in bin" in alert.log file every couple of days.  There are no ORA- errors . Just this message. Does anyone have any insight into what it is related to and whether I need to do anything here? Oracle version is 10.2.0.3
