Call a ASP.NET Web Service from oracle

Hi,

I Need call a web service from Oracle (10g) using pl/sql, the DB Server is Red hat and the Web Server is Win 2008 (IIS 7), but a get LPX-00243: element attribute value must be enclosed in quotes
