OTL Time Entry to projects in Different Operating Units with Different GL Calanders

 Hi Everyone   Do you know if it is possible to enter and OTL timecard from India Operating unit (One set of books set up with Monthly GL Calendar, Monthly PA Periods, and GL Calendar starting in April and ending in March) to a project set up in the US Operating Unit (US set of Books, 4-4-5 calandar starting in January and ending in December)?   I have set up the new India Time responsiblity and when I look for the US project the only projects showing up for charging are the India projects.   Is this an issue with charging to different
