View Exception Report relating to synchronisation trigger failures

I have been viewing document 413757.1 "End-dating stock locator does not inactivate the location on OPM". It states that:

The profile ' GMF: Log Trigger Errors ' is used for database triggers during synchronization. If it's value is 1, the triggers are logged into the exception table and can be viewed using View Exception Report. If profile value is 0 then the errors are displayed to the form. 

I might be being a bit thick here but........We have got the value of this profile option as "Yes" (1), so:

Which is the exception table?

How do I run/select the "View exception Report"?  I can't find a menu option or request?
