How do you navigate in EM?

I recently joined Oracle as a user experience designer for EM. The whole EM team is working on the next major version of EM. As a part of the design process, we want as much real-world customer feedback as possible. In fact we crave it. It helps us do our job better and ultimately makes for a better product. That's why we're reaching out to you. We want to hear from you.
