Upgrade from 10.1.2 to 10.1.2.3 patchset 5983622 - for Solaris 64 bit OS

Hi,
I'm in the process of EBS 12.0.4 to 12.1.1 upgrade. As part of it we are upgrading form/reports server from 10.1.2 to 10.1.2.3.(as per metalink note 437878.1).
Now when I try to down the patchset 5983622 for Solaris 64 bit OS the download completes without any error but the file size is around 1.58Gdb. The actual patchset filesize is around 1.8Gb. I tried downloading it twice and both time completed download successfully but the filesize is aroun 1.5 to 1.6Gb.So I cant proceed with the patchset .

Has anyone faced similar problems ? Or is the source file for Solaris 64 bit is corrupted ?
