How to know the patches installed in crashed server

My 10.2.0.4 db server crashed. I lost Oracle software and DB. I have the RMAN backups available to restore and recover.

I don't know how many patches I had installed earlier on top of 10.2.0.4. How can I get the list? Because once 10.2.0.4 instance created and db recovered, the bugs will reappear for which I had previously applied the patches.

I want the solution for both Windows and Unix based platforms because We have both platforms running in production.

Any help will be appreciated !
