upgrading oracle from 10.2.0.1.0 to 10.2.0.4.0 in RAC environment

 Hi,
We want to upgrade our production server from 10.2.0.1.0  to 10.2.0.4.0 in RAC environment. Please give the step by step procedure.
How much downtime is needed for this?
