What is the best method to enter Client's BOQ for a Construction Project?

What is the best method/approach to enter construction BOQ in projects suite for contract projects, I understand the OKE would be the perfect fit for this, but I'd also like to explore other opportunities in PJB (e.g agreements form having qty/cost)... any thoughts/advices?
