Problem during the installation

Hello gurus!!
I am installing e-Business Suite R12.1.  During the installation I did not have problems. However, in the post-installation, I have a problem in the login page:


Login Page

checking URL =ebsteam.es.oracle.com:8000/OA_HTML/AppsLogin

RW: 50016: Error - {0} was not created
File = {3}

Does anybody know what I have this problem???
