OTL: Self Service functionality

 Hi Folks -

We are doing an implementation of OTL/Self Service Functionality for our Employees. We have HR SHARED Install. Will this be enough to roll out the Self Service Time functionality integrated with Oracle Projects?

As per Oracle, they suggest, FULL HRMS Install is required.

We are not implementing full HRMS and Payroll. I wanted to know whether we need to have a FULL HRMS Install or HR SHARED Install will suffice.
