Security - Access to Data & Protection of IP

Has anyone discussed the following Security breaches with Agile, if so are you aware of any work being done to correct them?

Security breach #1: If you are the Originator/Creator of any dataset within Agile you will always be able to see it. You cannot be excluded from Discovery - Read of this data even if your Privileges are changed and you should no longer be able to Discover -Read this data.

Security breach #2: Often external Partners/Suppliers accessing our system have their Privileges set up to exclude them from reading specific fields. This all goes to heck if they are allowed to view-read the History TAB. As any change to these fields will show up there and the only way to safely ensure this does not happen is to either remove specific fields from the History "Applied to" privileges or remove them completely.
