Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Manage Mobile Users concurrent program errors out with below while creating the Mobile user ....It is happening with only one Technician...All other technicians do not have any issue....In the below error XXXX is the tech/resource name

Calling access table population routine for User: XXXX and publication: SERVICEL
Deleting asg_user_pub_resp records for XXXX and publication SERVICEL

User Creation Error: XXXX java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ASG_HELPER", line 177
ORA-06512: at line 1

I have checked the resource setup and also compared with the other resources and everything looks same......Also tried below but did not resolve the issue
