How to send the sql-output via email as xls attachment

Hello,

On daily basis manually I am providing the double redemption invoice details to client. If there is a double redemption record or records for a day I have to provide those invoice details via e-mail as .xls attachment, if not I would send mail like "No double redemption records found for today". Kindly advice me are there any possibilities to do this as automation?
