Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we reserve an material on Job direclty at the time of receipt

In our case all the major purchases made job wise, in this we want to reserve material on a job directly at the time of receipt.
