RHEL 5.4 Out Today, OEL soon to follow?

I know Oracle does not "pre-announce" things like specific dates for new database releases, but I see RHEL 5.4 came out today.  Does anybody know how soon to follow OEL 5.4 will be?  Do Linux dates get announced?  Does the RHEL --> OEL cycle typically take a while?
