What table are the recurring processes stored in?

I am copying my PROD database to test.  In doing so, I disable all the External Systems and change all the email address in the contacts before the application comes up, so that no test data goes out to live users/systems.

I would also like to change the Email Address that is on the Shipment - Order Purge recurring process and the Subject on other recurring processes but I can't seem to figure out what table this is store in.
