Unable to query for agreements

PA Gurus,

Need a quick help.

We are unable to query for an agreement from custom user PA responsibility.

User A created an agreement and saves. Query for the agreement and no results found. Checked backend, agreement is created.

We have set the profile options "PA Cross Project User -- Update' as YES for the said responsibility.

We can query when we use the std Projects Imp Superuser responsibility.

Any idea which function or menu is responsible for this ? Any help is appreciated.
