Agile FileLoad

I need to do a large fileload in PLM and have each individual attachment being uploaded be placed into its own folder but create a different folder description for each during the load.

A little background information also in case I am making this more difficult than need be: The reason for this is that many of the single attachments being uploaded are common and will be attached to many future parts. We don't want to upload the same attachment over and over again. We would rather just add that same attachment to many parts as needed. This works fine, but the problem is finding that attachment when the folder description name is blank or the folder number is some randomly generated number. If I can name the folder description something specific that relates to the
