Upgrade only 1 DB out of multiple DB's running from same oracle home without impacting or having out

We have three 10.2.0.3 DB running from same oracle home. Out of this only 1 DB is to be upgrade to 10.2.0.3 but there whould be no impact or outage to other 2 DB, they should remain online on 10.2.0.3. What strategy to be used for this?
