Moving server onto different domain causes "connect internal" to stop working

Hi,
I have an old Win NT server running Oracle 8i that was on a NT domain, yesterday we moved it onto a Win 2003 domain and since then I can't connect as internal without entering a password.  I have placed the domain user we use to execute the services and administer the instance into both the local Administrator and ORA_DBA groups but still no joy.  We have even added the NT server "Pre-Windows 2000 Compatible Access" on the domain controller as per note 77665.1 but that hasn't resolved it either.  Before moving domains I could connect internal without specifying a password perfectly OK.

Howdy, Stranger!
