Border is not displaying when deploying the Oracle 10g reports in IE

 Hello,

I created a report with frames having border.When I run it in IE locally ,the borders are displaying.The oracle reports server version in my development environment is 10.1.2.0.2.

When I deploy the same report in Testing environment, the borders for the frame are not getting displayed.The oracle reports server version in Testing environment is 10.1.2.3.0.

Could anyone help me out to resolve this issue?
