Setting software library directory fails on secondary OMS Server

When trying to set the software library, an error is posted stating that it cannot access the secondary OMS Server directory.  The directory exists on the secondary OMS Server and the preferred credentials test successfully.  We are currently running 10.2.0.5.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?
