how to use srvctl to start and shutdown RAC dataguard instances?

 We have a rac primary 10g database and rac standby 10g database to form a database guard confguration.

all the log is in sync, we are startup and shutdown the rac standby instance manually now.

We have registered the standby instances into OCR, but how to corrrectly startup a rac standby instance using srvctl?
