cannot view SR/Task on the laptop
I created a service request and assigned a task to the tech....But after syncing the laptop I cannot see the SR/Task downloaded on the laptop...One thing I observed is that there is a Instance/Serial No on the Service request which might be causing an issue for not showing on the laptop because when I created another service request exactly similar to the other one but WITHOUT the Instance/Serial# the task and service request does show on the laptop
Can you please let me know what could be the reason and how the serial no/instance number might be restricting the SR/Task not showing on the laptop
