Link between Talent Management (Appraisal) with Compensation Workbench (CWB)

Dear All

We have implemented Performance appraisal (Competencies Evaluation) in talent management and would like to update the salary according to the appraisal result with a normal distribution (normalization).

Is there any seeded functionality to normalize this curve and update the salary accordingly.
