Supplier Site Not Populating in Requisition

Hi All,

I have created a requisition through punch out process from one of my supplier against one Contract Purchase Agreement. Although supplier site is active, have valid address book and contact directory and every other setup is complete, requisition doesnt have supplier site, though showing supplier.

When I am raising requisition for an item from any other supplier, it shows me all details like Supplier, Supplier site, etc.
