What software does ORACLE install with on AIX platforms Exceed used to work until now

 Now DBCA just stops. Its worked for the last 10 years. The next button gets clicked and nothing happens. Other buttons on the screen work.

I'd like to know what will work and if Oracle will create an install program that will remove dependencys for a 3rd party product.
