Is R12 WMS back portable to 11.5.10 or 11.5,9?

 Client is currently working in R11.5.9. They are thinking of upgrading to 11.5.10+ instead of R12 due to some feed back from another Oracle customer who attempted to upgrade to R12 and than changed back to 11.5.10+. However, the client would like to benefit with all of the functionality of R12 functionality.

Can someone implement into R12 Warehouse Management Module and push all transactons back to R11.5.9 or even R11.5.10+? What are the Pro's and Con's of doing something like this?
